Burning Question: Will Karofsky come out?

I don’t know. I read how Ryan Murphy said that he wanted Karofsky to
have a happy ending, and to me, that means he has to eventually come out
and accept who he is. As of right now, he’s very split and tortured in
the Super Bowl episode. But stay tuned. I hear there’s supposed to be an
episode centered around the new Lady Gaga single “Born This Way” and
that’s supposed to involve me in a big way.

Secondary Question: Will he get to second base, and if so, will it be consensual?

I don’t know. I wish I could tell you. Me and Darren [Criss] and Chris Colfer
are all friends: we all talk, we all text. And we’re all dying to find
out what goes on in this little triangle here. But nobody knows. They
really do keep us in the dark.

Fantasy plotline for Karofsky?

My fantasy would be for Karofsky to come out to his classmates, and
family. And be accepted. And whether that means joining the glee club,
or staying on the football team, or whatever, I would want him to have
some sort of redemption, and be O.K. with who he is. I think that would
mean a lot to a lot of people.

In a sudden plot twist, Karofsky has to dance. What’s his best move, and what does he dance to?

He has good moves. He’s on the football team—he’s an athlete—so he
knows how to use those feet and legs. But the song, that’s a tough one.
Maybe Timbaland. Or Girl Talk. Both of those get me boppin’ my ass to
the beat.

Chord Overstreet

Burning Question: The Internet odds on Sam and Quinn making it as a
couple are currently pretty dismal. But personally, I’m more interested
in the odds on some fistfights between Sam and Finn. Any chance of that
happening?

Maybe. There’s definitely some tension. As far as it goes now, I haven’t gotten into a fight with him yet. It’s still possible. But I think I’d win. I think I’m pretty quick.

Secondary Question: When Sam and Quinn break up, with whom would you like to see Sam rebound?

Maybe Rachel. Have him stick one to Finn.

Fantasy Plotline for Sam:

I think it would be funny if we had Matthew McConaughey come on and
play my dad. I did an impression of him in one of the earlier episodes,
and it would hilarious if he just appeared as my dad and was like, “Hey,
hey.”

I’m planning on doing a contest where readers guess the number of
shirtless scenes in which Sam will appear during the second half of the
season. We’d be honored if you’d make the first guess.

Hmm… Let me see. Three or four. Maybe three.

If you had to provide some autographed swag for the prize, what would it be?

It would probably be the shirt that I never wear on the show.

Kevin McHale

Burning Question: Any chance that the Artie/Tina/Brittany triangle could be resolved in a three-way relationship?

Believe me, I’ve suggested it many a time. And I’ve also thought maybe Santana could join in as well.

Secondary Question: If not a three-way, I’m betting $100 on Brittany as the girl to win Artie’s affections. Am I going to win?

Yeah. I think Brittany could get a lot of people to do a lot of things.

Fantasy plotline for Artie:

I think at some point Mercedes and Artie should maybe get together.
They could create beautiful music. And I love Amber—though I think she
might be horrified and grossed out at the thought.

We love it when Artie raps. But M. C. Hammer was a bit tame. If you could pick a hard song for him, what would it be?

The Nicki Minaj and Eminem song “Roman’s Revenge.” Just because it’s
super-hard and one of my favorite songs right now. Granted, there’s no
way to censor that song to make it appropriate for the show. But Amber
[Riley] and Naya [Rivera] and I were talking about how awesome it would
be to sing a Nicki Minaj song together. So one of them, and me…

Harry Shum Jr.

Burning Question: How is Mike going to get rid of his rolling menace Artie once and for all?

The crossroads really happen in the Valentine’s Day episode. Artie
has a girl right now, he’s got Brittany. So it’s more—not a love
triangle, but a . . . love square. But we know that special place Tina
holds for him. On Valentine’s Day you’ll get to see how they express the
love they have, and get past it.

Secondary Question: Is there going to be more dancing in the second half of the season? Specifically, more of you dancing?

Yes. The Valentine’s Day episode, you’re going to see some smooth
moves to . . . maybe some Michael [Jackson]. And the Super Bowl episode
with “Thriller” is very dance heavy. And not just me—everyone’s
participating, whether they like it or not. Even Cory [Monteith] is
dancing—he’s been getting things really fast lately. Now the one that’s
getting what we call New Booty is Chord [Overstreet.] He didn’t come
from a dance background, so we give him crap when he’s not able to pick
up moves at lightning speed.

Fantasy Plotline for Mike:

What if Mike went to school to pick up a book he forgot, and the
janitor’s there and it ends up being Christopher Walken, and he tells
Mike that the only way he gets through his job is by taking these pills,
and Mike takes some, and everything turns into a fantasy world, where
mops and brooms start flying around, and we’re flying and dancing all
around the whole school. Christopher Walken fascinates me. He’s got a
musical background and he’s a great dancer—Pennies from Heaven, Hairspray—and he plays these characters that are so offbeat, and so memorable. He could teach me a couple things.

Ryan announces a Barry Manilow–themed episode, and you get to pick your own song. What do you pick?

I can’t say that I’m so familiar with his work. Even though I know
the difference, I keep getting him mixed up with Tom Jones. I always go
back to “It’s Not Unusual.” [Starts singing] It’s not unusual to be loved by anyone… But I know that’s totally not him.

Heather Morris

Burning Question: Artie or Santana? Or both?

Both, of course. That’s my, Naya, and Kevin’s dream—all three at the
same time. I’m dead serious, we always talk about it. But I don’t think
Ryan and Brad and Ian would go for it. We’re too young on the show. We
can’t get into shit like that. Not until [our characters] are, like, 20
and we all move to Los Angeles.

Secondary Question: Brittany must have an insane home life. Who would play her parents?

I want Kristen Wiig [from S.N.L.] to be my mom. How perfect is
that? You have to agree! I don’t care who my dad would be so long as
Kristen Wiig would be my mom, or my aunt or something.

Fantasy Plotline for Brittany:

I never think about things like that because I like a surprise. I
guess I’m boring. I’m just like, whatever. It must be the dancer in me,
because when you’re a dancer, you just do what people tell you to do and
that’s it. No opinions

A new drug is invented that gives Brittany superhuman IQ. What is the first global problem she solves?

What if she becomes a superhero, and she stops global warming or
something? Or she could use the extra percentage of her brain to invent a
way to fly, but all she wants to do is sing. And so she becomes a
flying pop sensation.
