Kurt: Pues... Se entero que... Todavía siento sentimientos m-muy fue-ertes por B-Blaine (Dijo nervioso) (Cuando Blaine escucho esto, se sorprendió, al contrario de Quinn que se puso muy rabiosa, Blaine dijo:)
Blaine: En serio?? Porque cuando te quería de vuelta me dejaste ir? (Diciendo rabioso pero no gritando)
Kurt: Pues... No creí haber sentido lo mismo que antes por ti y voy a pelear por ti hasta conseguirte de nuevo.
Blaine: Pues, ya no pelees por mi, ahora estoy con Quinn y me siento muy feliz con ella (Kurt al escuchar esto se puso muy triste y se fue llorando).
Quinn: En serio te sientes muy feliz conmigo? (Dijo sonrojándose).
Blaine: Si Quinnie, cuando estaba con kurt, no sentía lo mismo que lo que siento cuando estoy contigo (Quinn al escuchar esto, se acerco a Blaine y le dio un tierno beso en los labios).
Quinn: Gracias, cuando estoy contigo me siento especial (Le susurró en el oído).
(Sono el timbre).

Ya habían pasado los días y había llegado el gran momento de Las Regionales:
Mr. Shuester: Bueno después de The Warblers nos toca a nosotros, no se sientan nerviosos.
Quinn: Okkeii (Dijo calmándose).
(Cuando terminaron de cantar los Warblers, llamaron a New Directions, Quinn y Sam salieron por las escaleras, como salieron Rachel y Finn en Las Regionales del año pasado y empezaron a cantar "I've had the time of my life":)

(Cuando terminaron de cantar, los jurados Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens y Ashley Tisdale, empezaron a deliberar quien fue el mejor).

Los de New Directions y los otros equipos, estaban muy nerviosos, cuando vieron a Zac Efron subir con el sobre, se pusieron más nerviosos todavía, sonaron unos tambores y dijo: Los ganadores son... Tatatatan New Directions (Los de New Directions se pusieron muy felices, empezaron a gritar y a saltar).

Karofsky estaba en el publico, cuando vio a Kurt, lo jalo del brazo y le dijo:
Karofsky: Lo siento por todo lo que te dije, yo te amo, y no me gusta estar peleado contigo.
Kurt: Perdóname tu a mi, fue mi culpa que pelearamos (Lo abrazo y mientras lo abrazaba le dijo:) Te amo (Susurrándole en el oído).
Karofsky: Y yo a ti, nunca lo olvides.

Ya había pasado 1 mes desde que New Directions gano Las Regionales, todos estaban en el Glee Club:
Mr. Shuester: Bueno chicos, les tengo buenas noticias, hay 3 chicos más que se quieren unir a nosotros.
Artie: En serio Mr. Shuester? Quienes?
Mr. Shuester: Bueno, aquí están, ellos son Rory... (Interrumpiendo Quinn)
Quinn: Rory?? El fue el que me llamo cuando Puck tuvo el accidente.
Mr. Shuester: En serio??
Quinn: Si.
Mr. Shuester: Okey, Rory explicanos como y en donde encontraste a Puck
Rory: Bueno, un gusto estar aquí y saber que su amigo Puck está bien, bueno yo soy de Irlanda, me transfirieron a Lima/Ohio y a esta preparatoria hace 2 meses, pero no podía venir ya que tenía cosas pendientes con mis familiares. Bueno, yo me encontre a Puck a unas 2 calles muy cerca de aquí, yo iba caminando y ya había encontrado a Puck en el suelo, allí fue donde tome su teléfono y marque le marque a Quinn, ya que el tenía en su celular: Quinn mi primer amor (Todos al escuchar esto se sorprendieron, aunque mucho más Quinn) Y le lleve al hospital.
Quinn: Puck, en serio me tienes así en tu celular? (Pregunto sorprendida)
Puck: Si, pero... (Interrumpe Blaine).
Blaine: Bueno, Mr. Shuester quienes más? (Interrumpiendo a Puck con rabia, para que no siguiera hablando, pero sin demostrarlo)
Mr. Shuester: Bueno, los otros dos estudiantes son Lauren y Joe, dígannos porque se quieren unir a New Directions.
Lauren: Pues, yo me quiero unir a New Directions, por el bomboncito de Puck.
Mr. Shuester: Para unirte a New Directions, debes saber cantar y bailar, no porque alguien te gusta.
Lauren: Okey, yo sé cantar y bailar (Diciendo engreídamente)
Mr. Shuester: Okey y tu Joe?
Joe: Pues, me encanta cantar y bailar.
Mr. Shuester: Okey, hagan las audiciones en 3 días, para que tengan tiempo para practicar.
Joe y Lauren conetstaron al mismo tiempo: Okey.
(Suena el timbre)

Estaban Santana, Brittany, Rachel y Kurt hablando:
Rachel: Se acuerdan lo que dijo Rory en el Glee Club de Puck? Será que Puck sigue enamorado de Quinn?
Kurt: No lo sé, pero ahora Quinn está con Blaine y no creo que siga sintiendo lo mismo que antes por Puck.
Santana: (Sorprendida le dijo a Kurt:) Y que cosa que no estás celoso porque Quinn está con Blaine.
Kurt: Pues, ya mis sentimientos por Blaine se fueron, ahora estoy con Karofsky y estoy feliz con él.

Rachel, Santana y Kurt contestaron al mismo tiempo: Claro

Quinn: Si, vamos (Se fue con Blaine y se dio la vuelta y se despidió de Jeff con un adiós con la mano).

Puck estaba en su casillero y se le acerca Quinn:
Quinn: Puck, quiero ver a Beth, aunque Shelby no quiera, yo soy su madre biologica (Dijo seriamente)
Puck: No lo sé Quinn, porque diste en adopción a Beth si la quieres tanto?
Quinn: Era muy joven para tener una bebe.
Puck: Pero, todavía lo eres.
Quinn: No me importa (Gritandolo) lo siento, pero es que la quiero ver (Dijo más tranquila)
Puck: Okeii, hablaré con Shelby.
Quinn: Gracias Puck (Abrazándolo) (Jeff estaba allí y vio esa escena, se puso muy celoso, ya que amaba a Quinn, la novia de su mejor amigo).

Puck fue a la casa de Shelby, para hablar con ella, toco la puerta, Shelby abrio y le dijo:

Puck: (Viendo tristemente a Shelby) Por favor Shelby, hazlo por mi, soy su padre y yo también puedo decidir que personas pueden visitar a Beth.
Shelby: Puck, ahora yo soy su madre y padre, ustedes la dieron en adopción.
Puck: Shelby, fue QUINN (Gritandola) y ahora está arrepentida por eso, por favor déjala.
Shelby: Lo pensaré, pero ahora vete.
Puck: Okkeii me iré, pero espero que sea un si.

Al día siguiente, estaban todos en el Glee Club:
Mr. Shuester: Chicos, les tengo una tarea, tienen que cantar una canción y dedicársela a alguien (Cuando Jeff escucho esto, pensó que era el momento perfecto para decirle a Quinn que la ama y penso que si se atreverá a cantarle una canción de amor sabiendo que Blaine es su mejor amigo y el novio de Quinn).
Todos: Okeii.
(Se quedan hablando por unos momentos hasta que suena el timbre) (Sebastian y Blaine ya se habían dado cuenta de que Jeff se estaba enamorando de Quinn).

Con Sebastian y Blaine:
Sebastian: Espera Blaine.
Blaine: Que pasa Sebastian? (Un poco sorprendido)
Sebastian: Me he dado cuenta de algo... (Interrumpe Blaine).
Blaine: De que Jeff se está enamorando de mi Quinnie? Eso? (Dijo tristemente)
Sebastian: (Sorprendido dijo:) Blaine, ya te habías dado cuenta? Porque no lo dijiste? Como te sientes?
Blaine: Pues, no puedo creer que mi mejor amigo me este ocultando esto (Dijo muy triste)
Sebastian: Tranquilo Blaine, no creo que Jeff te vaya a quitar a Quinn.
Blaine: Como tu me la querías quitar?
Sebastian: Blaine, lo acepto, estoy enamorado de Quinn, pero tu y yo somos amigos y no te quiero lastimar, yo sé lo mucho que la amas y no quiero arruinarlo.
Blaine: Gracias Seb, tengo que hablar con Jeff, si me disculpas.
Sebastian: Okeii, ve y suerte.
Blaine: Gracias (Y se va)

Blaine estaba buscando por todos lados a Jeff, hasta que lo encontró y se dirigió a él:
Blaine: Jeff, te tengo que preguntar algo (Dijo muy serio)
Jeff: Que pasa? (Sorprendido)

Blaine: No lo puedo creer Jeff y pensé que eramos mejores amigos.
Jeff: Aún lo... (Interrumpiendo Blaine)
Blaine: No, ya no lo somos, un mejor amigo no lastima ni traiciona, olvídate de mi y yo me olvidare de ti (Dijo rabioso y se fue)
Jeff: (Le grito) BLAINE... Por favor no.

Mr. Shuester: WOW, todos han sido increíbles, ahora le toca el turno a jeff y es el último que falta.

Jeff: (Le dice en el oido) Por favor perdóname, más nunca lo volveré a hacer, más nunca peleare contigo por una chica y si es tu novia menos.

Jeff: Te lo prometo (Le dijo mientras cortaba el abrazo).
(Suena el timbre).

Puck se encontraba en su casillero, cuando ve pasando a Shelby:
Puck: Ya tienes una respuesta?

Puck: Ya llevas muchos días pensándolo y aún no sabes?
Shelby: Okeii, la dejaré, pero sólo por 2 horas, para que pueda tener su primer charla con Beth.
Puck: Gracias (La abrazo).

Estaba Quinn en su casillero, cuando ve a Puck y le pregunta:
Quinn: Que te dijo Shelby??
Puck: Que... (Interrumpiendo Quinn)
Quinn: Que que? (Muy ansiosa)
Puck: Que sii, que sii Quinn, puedes visitar a tu hija, a Beth.
Quinn: (Muy emocionada lo abraza y mientras lo abraza le dice:) Gracias
(Quinn se va, se monta en su auto y se dirige al apartamento de Shelby).

Quinn cuando llego al apartamento de Shelby toca el timbre, Shelby se dirige a la puerta, le abre y le dice:
Shelby: Ahh hola Quinn, pasa.
Quinn: Gracias, donde está Beth??
Shelby: Allí.
(Quinn ve a la hermosa bebe rubia y se acerca a ella)
Quinn: Hola Beth
(Beth le señala una muñeca)
Quinn: Quieres jugar con la muñeca??
(Beth le dice si con la cabeza y empiezan a jugar).
(Pasaron las 2 horas y Shelby se acerca a Quinn y le dice:)
Shelby: Quinn, ya... Ya te tienes que ir, se acabaron tus 2 horas.
Quinn: Que?? Que 2 horas?? (Muy rabiosa)
Shelby: Puck no te lo dijo??
Quinn: Nooo, no me dijo nada y yo me quiero quedar aquí con Beth.
Shelby: No puedes, ahora vete.
(Shelby abre la puerta y Quinn se va super rabiosa)

(Quinn se dirige al estacionamiento, se monta en su auto y se va, cuando va manejando le llega un mensaje de Rachel que decía:)

Hola Quinn, donde estás?? Te he buscado por todos lados de WMHS, te está buscando Blaine que quiere hablar contigo, no sé que te quiere decir, no me dijo nada, nada más me dijo que lo ayudara a buscarte

(Quinn cuando vio que le llego ese mensaje y más, parecía que era algo muy importante y le responde a Rachel mientras que va manejando:)

Fui a visitar a Beth, ya estoy en camino para llegar a WMHS

(No sé dió cuenta de que venía un camión hacía ella y se estrelló)

Una chica la encontro y enseguida llamo una ambulancia.
(Cuando llego al hospital, encontro el celular de Quinn y enseguida le marcó a Rachel, ya que era la primera que se encontraba en las llamadas no contestadas).
(Cuando llegaron al hospital, Rachel ve al doctor y le pregunta)
Rachel: Que paso?? (Llorando) Donde está Quinn, como está??
Doctor: Fue un accidente muy duro, tal véz no sobreviva.
Todos: Que??? (Y empezaron a llorar mucho más)
Rachel: Pero, que le paso? Que se le detereoro como para que no pueda sobrevivir??
Doctor: Se le deterioro parte de la columna vertebral, y mucho más, si sobrevive, de pronto no volverá a caminar por mucho tiempo, pero no se sabe que pasará.
Blaine: Que tiene que hacer para que sobreviva, haga lo que sea necesario, la necesito conmigo, la amo, no puede morir (Llorando y Sebastian se le acerco a él y lo abrazo, ya que él sentía lo mismo que sentía Blaine por Quinn)
Doctor: Señor, haremos lo posible, pero será muy difícil que sobreviva, aunque haremos lo que podamos (Y se retiro).
Blaine: Nooo, no puede morir (Llorando mucho más).
Sebastian: Blaine, calmate, tengo fe de que se recuperará.
Blaine: Como estás tan seguro?
Sebastian: Porque lo sé, lo que tenemos que hacer es rezar.
Doctor: (Vuelve de la sala donde estaba Quinn y se va acercando a ellos y le dice:) La chica ha perdido mucha sangre necesitamos rápido un donador de sangre.
Tina: Que tipo de sangre es?
Doctor: O-
Todos: O-??
Jeff: Yo soy O-, cuanta sangre es??
Doctor: 2 Litros.
Todos: Tanto??
Blaine: (Se acerca a Jeff y le dice:) Jeff, no puedo dejar que hagas eso (Llorando)
Jeff: Blaine, yo sé cuanto la amas y me he dado cuenta que la amas más que yo (Mira al doctor y le dice:) Yo seré el donador.
(Todos estaban llorando por Jeff y Blaine le dijo al doctor:)
Blaine: No me los dejes morir, ni a él ni a ella.
Doctor: Haré lo posible (Y llamo a Jeff para que entrara a la sala de donaciones)
(Después de eso Rachel se pregunta a si misma:)

Rachel: Quien sería la que me llamo? Era una chica, donde está, tengo que hablar con ella (Llorando y se dirigió a donde una enfermera que estaba allí:) Quien fue la chica que trajo a una chica rubia que tuvo un accidente ahorita?
Enfermera: Está allá (Y le señala a una chica cabello rojizo, delgada)
Rachel: Gracias (Se va y se dirige a donde la chica y le pregunta:) Quien eres? Como encontraste a Quinn?? (Llorando)
Desconocida: Soy Sugar, tu debes de ser Rachel (Dijo tristemente)
Rachel: Si, esa soy yo
Sugar: Lo siento mucho por lo de tu amiga, la encontre a unas 2 calles de aquí no tan lejos.
Rachel: Gracias por haberla traído, pero como se estrelló??
Sugar: Pues al parecer, cuando iba conduciendo iba enviando un mensaje y... (Interrumpiendo Rachel)
Rachel: Que?? Entonces su accidente fue por mi culpa (Muy tristemente) Noooo, nooooooo puede ser (Empezo a gritar)
Finn: (Se acerca y le pregunta a Rachel:) Rachel que pasa? porque gritabas??
Rachel: Finn, el accidente fue mi culpa.
Finn: Quee??

Rachel: Pues, sii, soy la culpable, porque si Quinn no hubiera respondido el mensaje que le envié mientras manejaba no se hubiera estrellado, todo fue mi culpa (Llorando a mares).
Finn: Amor, tu no tienes la culpa (Se acerca a ella, la abraza y le da un beso en la frente).
Rachel: Gracias, pero no puedo dejar de sentirme culpable y tampoco puedo dejar de pensar en Quinn.
(Mientras conversaban se acerca el doctor a donde estaban todos los de New Directions).
Doctor: Bueno, ya le sacamos la sangre al Mr. Sterling... (interrumpiendo Blaine).
Blaine: Y que le paso?? Está bien?? Y Quinn?? Como está ella??? (Diciendo preocupado).
Doctor: Bueno, el Mr. Sterling está bien, tranquilos, pero a la Ms. Fabray hay que hacerle una cirugía de columna vertebral.
Todos: Quee??

Mike: Y cuanto cuesta la cirugía?

Doctor: Si, lo siento, pero si no tienen el dinero no podemos hacer nada.
Rachel: Pero no tenemos ese dinero y... (Interrumpiendo Sugar que alcanzó a escuchar lo que dijo el doctor).

Pasaron los días super rápido de la recuperación de Quinn, ya era el día en el cual le dieron de alta a Quinn y volverá a New Directions:
Doctor: Ms. Fabray, ya te puedes ir a tu casa, ya te dieron de alta.
Quinn: En serio Doctor?? Gracias (Dijo muy emocionada).
Doctor: Espero que más nunca te vuelva a suceder algo así.
Quinn: Gracias Doctor, yo también espero eso.
(Quinn cogió sus cosas y le dio un abrazo al Doctor y le dijo:) Gracias a ustedes sigo viva, gracias a todo lo que hicieron por salvarme, muchas gracias (Y se marcho).
(Cuando salió, tomo un Taxi y le dio la dirección de su casa).

Al día siguiente en la mañana, siente que alguien toca la puerta, se dirige a ella y la abre, es Blaine y le dice:
Blaine: Hola Quinnie, estás lista para contarle la noticia a tus padres de que nos vamos a casar??
Quinn: Sii, entra (Toma la mano de Blaine y lo hace entrar, encuentran a la Ms. y Mr. Fabray en la sala y les dice:) Padres, él es Blaine, mi novio y tenemos algo muy importante que decirles.
Ms. Fabray: Estás embarazada de nuevo??
